Every product here started as a client's hard problem.

We built each product to solve a requirement on a live client project, then hardened it for reuse. Each one runs at one or more of our clients, in production or as a live pilot.

QCS Access Hub

Any brand of access control, behind one integration.

Face terminals, card readers, number-plate cameras, amenity controllers: whatever brand each site runs, your CRM or property platform sends the same request. A new brand, device type or site is added inside the hub, never as a CRM project.

Live proof of concept
  • Brand and device agnostic: each brand sits behind its own adapter, and the site's device record decides which one a request uses
  • Residents, tenants, visitors, short-term renters and vehicles through the same add, update and delete request
  • Units resolve to building and community from the hub's own directory, so the CRM never holds a vendor ID
  • Visitor and booking windows enrol people at the start time and remove them at the end
  • Every request returns Success, Partial or Failed, with a history of each attempt and the device's answer
  • Queued retries that never duplicate, and a timeout on every device call
  • Device credentials stay inside the hub. Doors decide locally, so entry never depends on it

  3. 5 of 6 terminals confirmedFace enrolled
  4. Partial: lobby terminal 3 offlineRepeated when it reconnects

The CRM receives Partial, naming the terminal. Sending the same request again returns Success without duplicates.
